Build a deeper understanding of Scripture and learn how to apply God’s Word to your everyday life.
Launching January 2027 at Faith Chapel San Diego
Go Deeper With God. Live With Greater Purpose.
Ministry Culture Academy is a 16-week discipleship and spiritual formation experience created for believers who are hungry to know God more deeply, grow in His Word, walk closely with the Holy Spirit, and confidently live out their faith.
This is more than a class. It is an intentional season of transformation through biblical teaching, authentic community, mentorship, spiritual disciplines, and practical ministry.
Daytime and evening tracks available. Open to students ages 16 and older.
What If God Is Inviting You to Something Deeper?
More depth in your faith.
More confidence in God’s Word.
More sensitivity to the Holy Spirit.
More clarity in your identity and calling.
More courage to represent Jesus wherever He sends you.
Many believers sincerely desire a deeper relationship with God but struggle to develop the consistent rhythms, spiritual confidence, and supportive relationships that help lasting growth take root.
Ministry Culture Academy creates an intentional environment where you can slow down, engage deeply with God, and put what you are learning into practice. Throughout this 16-week journey, you will be challenged, encouraged, equipped, and given space to allow the Holy Spirit to shape how you think, love, serve, and live.
The goal is not simply to know more about Jesus. The goal is to become more like Him.
More Than Information.
A Journey of Spiritual Formation.
BEGIN YOUR MCA JOURNEYJesus did not simply give His disciples information. He invited them into a way of life.
They walked with Him, listened to Him, observed how He lived, practiced what He taught, and processed what God was doing together. Ministry Culture Academy follows that same model of discipleship.
Sound biblical teaching provides the foundation, but the experience does not end in the classroom. You will be invited to engage with God daily, develop authentic relationships, receive practical guidance, and actively live out what you are learning.
Sixteen Weeks That Can Shape a Lifetime of Faith.
Lasting transformation rarely happens through occasional inspiration alone. It develops as truth is received, practiced, and reinforced through intentional rhythms over time.
One MCA semester gives students the opportunity to establish healthy spiritual habits, experience genuine community, and begin living with greater awareness of God’s presence and purpose.
Throughout the semester, you will be equipped to:
- Develop a consistent rhythm of Scripture, prayer, worship, and reflection
- Grow in your ability to recognize and respond to the Holy Spirit
- Understand your identity and confidence in Christ
- Build authentic relationships that encourage spiritual growth
- Put biblical truth into practice through real ministry opportunities
- Discover how your gifts and calling can serve others
- Share your testimony and the hope of Jesus more naturally
- Represent Christ in your home, workplace, church, and community
This is not simply a course to complete.
It is a season to become more deeply Rooted in Jesus.

BEGIN YOUR MCA JOURNEYRooted in Faith Chapel’s Mission to Culture Like Christ.
BEGIN YOUR MCA JOURNEYMinistry Culture Academy is a ministry of Faith Chapel San Diego and an extension of our mission to “Culture Like Christ.”
Everything Jesus said and did provides both the model and the invitation for how we are called to live. MCA creates a pathway for believers to keep their eyes on Jesus, grow in spiritual maturity, and increasingly reflect His character in every sphere of influence.
Students do not step away from church life to attend the Academy. They become more deeply engaged in it.
What you learn during MCA should shape how you worship, serve, work, lead, build relationships, and follow Jesus throughout the rest of the week.
Come Ready to Learn. Leave Equipped to Live Differently.
Our vision is to cultivate mature disciples who know God deeply, understand their identity in Christ, walk closely with the Holy Spirit, and faithfully represent Jesus wherever He sends them.
By the end of the semester, our prayer is that you will not only possess greater biblical knowledge but also demonstrate deeper spiritual rhythms, healthier relationships, greater confidence in your testimony, and a clearer understanding of how God wants to use your life.
One student can become a healthy disciple.
A healthy disciple can become a faithful servant.
A faithful servant can become a Kingdom leader.
A Kingdom leader can become a disciple-maker.
A disciple-maker can create generational impact.
